Cigna is a well acknowledge insurance company with multiple insurance products. Here our focus was their dental insurance, and the objective was to increase awareness and result in enrollments.
Two major challenges were to target specific audiences who find dental insurance either an unnecessary luxury, or converting audiences whom already have established insurance elsewhere.
With the young start-up families it was about focusing on cost and available options to assure them dental insurance doesn’t have to be considered a luxury but a necessity. For the older audience groups, the challenge was showing them the ease of switching and showing CIGNA is just as trustworthy as other dental insurance companies.
